Content Submission Terms

 

Art Now invites you to participate in sharing the content you create and upload with us on www.artnow.ca. Your content includes but is not limited to photo submissions and byline information.

Your content may be published on Art Now/SaskGalleries owned or controlled platforms. We reserve the right to publish or not publish any content at our own discretion. If your content is published, along with an image of the artwork, we will include the first name and surname initial, age, and city the child resides in (if provided).

By submitting your content, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use your content royalty-free on Art Now/SaskGalleries owned or controlled platforms, in perpetuity. You also represent and warrant to Art Now that you hold all of the required rights and authorizations to your content. Breaking copyright rules is not permitted.

How to Enter the $50 Gift Card for Art Supplies Contest and Contest Rules

 

  1. All artworks submitted to the Kid’s Gallery will be automatically entered into the contest.

  2. A potential prize recipient will be selected via a random draw from a pool of all eligible entries.

  3. The winner will receive one $50 gift card to Black Dog Art Supply in Regina.

  4. No purchase necessary. Contest is open to all Canadian residents who have submitted an artwork to the Kid’s Gallery.

  5. The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred. No substitutions will be allowed.

  6. Refusal to accept the prize releases SaskGalleries from any obligation toward the winner. The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize.

  7. By entering, you agree to abide by the rules and the decisions of SaskGalleries, whose decisions are final and binding on all contestants.

  8. The contest will open on September 14, 2023, at 12:00 am CST and will close on September 24, 2023, at 9:00 pm CST.

  9. The winner will be selected the week of September 25 and will be contacted by a staff member from SaskGalleries through the email address supplied on the art work submission.
